DerLinkman 30f3e9a4c6 rename dmc12 inventory to cloudlorean and vault admin_password

- replace inventory/dmc12.yml with cloudlorean.yml (+ group_vars) and update
  all README/AGENTS call examples and the inventory table
- move admin_password hash into encrypted vault.yml; remove plaintext copies
  from roles/bootstrap/defaults and group_vars/external.yml
- bootstrap.yml loads vault.yml via vars_files (same pattern as monitoring)
- monitoring: PSK config/registration updates, docker role defaults,
  os-updates logging/reboot refinements, ansible.cfg/execute.sh tweaks
- add .project-wiki knowledge base and .github agent instructions

Repository-specific conventions live in AGENTS.md at the repository root.

Project Wiki (Automatic Instructions)

Before implementing, modifying, debugging, refactoring, testing, documenting, or planning code, read .project-wiki/INDEX.md and follow its routing to the smallest relevant set of wiki documents (automatic context preflight).
After making source changes, update the affected .project-wiki/ records (technical docs, traceability maps, section indexes, REGISTRY.yml, STATUS.md) as part of the same task.
Use the wiki sync mode only for manual or externally changed code; agent-made changes are updated directly (automatic post-implementation wiki update).
After every meaningful wiki edit, reconcile affected indexes, REGISTRY.yml, STATUS.md, traceability, and append an entry to .project-wiki/logs/wiki-log-YYYY-MM.md.
Write all wiki content and generated instruction blocks in English; reply to the user in their chat language.
